Tell me where a man's loins are and I will tell you exactly what he is willing to commit to

I think we've gravely underestimated the importance of fidelity.  Fidelity is not just sexual.  Fidelity tells us what we are committed to and what we are willing to sacrifice in order to prove our commitment.

When a person thinks that they want something, they must be proved.  If they are willing to pay for it, regardless of the price, then and only then do you appreciate the actual ownership.  But if something comes to us too easily and it is under-appreciated or unappreciated, how easily our commitment level diminishes, and sometimes it halts completely.  You know why?  Because each of us was created to work for what we want, to pay for what we want, and to appreciate what we received after we did what it took to get it.

Quite frankly, with God, it is the private parts of the priest that are exposed, so God expects them to be covered first.

Aaron underwent an excruciatingly private assessment.  He had to be dressed by someone else.  Someone else had to measure him, and someone else had to determine what would fit him, how he should wear it, how long he should wear it, and just how much he should wear.  And Aaron had to stand there and allow all of that to happen without saying a word.  He wasn't even allowed an opinion in how the office that he was going to occupy would look.  But his loins were in it.  He was committed to it, so he allowed himself to be dressed by someone else---even his brother.

Aaron knew that taking on that office was going to require complete accountability.  Aaron accepted this private assessment.  He accepted it because he knew that the office demanded that the priest be dressed in EVERY way, not just what was on public display.
